Every October the magic of Pumpkin happens in our kitchen. Zucca (Pumpkin) makes an appearance back in our display cases around town and in several restaurants that use our Gelato. Made with a milk base, Zabaione, Organic pumpkin and spices. We use cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg and cloves to make it extra delicious. It is only around until Thanksgiving and then we have to wait one more year…
