Semifreddo Cakes

This is one example of the amazing and delicious Semifreddo Cakes we offer in all of our shops. The one in this picture is a half Stracciatella and half Orange cream with an Orange Glaze and Chocolate decoration. Semifreddo cakes are similar to a frozen mousse. They have to be stored in the freezer and allowed to soften before serving. In fact, most cakes have to be left at room temperature for 20 minutes before attempting to slice them. Once the texture reached its optimal state, Semifreddo cakes are one of the most delicious desserts you can possibly have! And of course we can write a message on the cake for you
